My garage door wouldn't stay closed. I was trying to do an errand, but I didn't want to leave my home with the garage door open. I contacted Pride Garage Doors. Within 15 - 20 minutes, I had a response that Rick was on his way. I so appreciated him explaining what needed to be done beforehand and during the process. Rick explained things that needed immediate attention, he took a picture to show me more clearly that I had a frayed cable, sensors that needed to be adjusted, along with some screws & bolts to get it in working order. He stated that he has 25 years experience & that made me confident to have him complete the work. Also, I appreciated him placing his business card right on the garage door as well as handing me a card. He is available any time you need his help. Thank you so much Rick for your excellent work! It brought me a lot of relief to know that my home was safe & secure.

Rick and his team were fantastic! He arrived right on time and got straight to work. I was seriously impressed by how quickly he installed the Liftmaster Wall Mount 98022. I’d shopped around and gotten a few quotes, all pretty similar, but Rick offered the best deal by far. Turns out, I was negotiating directly with the owner, which definitely made a difference.
Supporting local small businesses is something I value, and it was great to find out Rick is from nearby Surprise. Some other companies wanted to charge extra just because I’m in Buckeye, which didn’t make sense to me—especially since gas prices here are way cheaper than where I moved from in San Francisco, haha.
I’m already planning to call Rick again when my primary home is ready next year to upgrade to the same wall mount opener so I can set up a car lift.
Overall, Rick was easy to work with, super communicative, on time, and offered fair pricing. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and with precision.

My garage door unfortunately came off its tracks which led me to call a well known garage door company, they stated that my original door could not be saved and quoted me over 6k for a replacement. Rick was able to give us a second opinion and replace our springs, bearings and straighten our original track within the hour of our appointment for less than a quarter of the price.
